Mnemozi

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the owner of Mnemozi (the Service) and the user (the User). The Service provides a platform for learning Chinese using mnemonic techniques.

2. Registration

Registration is required to use the Service features. Users must provide accurate information. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

3. Subscription & Payment

The Service offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed via YooKassa (Russia) and Stripe (international). Subscriptions are valid for the purchased period (monthly or annual) and do not renew automatically. When the subscription expires, access to paid features is suspended. To continue, a new payment must be made. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

4. Content

Mnemonic materials created by the Service team are the intellectual property of the Service. User-generated content (custom mnemonics) belongs to its author, but the Service receives a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

5. Restrictions

Prohibited: automated data collection, sharing account access, publishing offensive or illegal content, attempting to circumvent security systems. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We make every effort to ensure availability and correctness but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is not responsible for learning outcomes.

7. Changes

The Service may update these terms. Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notifications.
