Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedure for refunding payments for Mnemozi subscriptions (the Service). This policy is developed in accordance with Russian consumer protection legislation (Article 26.1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act).

2. Right to Refund

Users are entitled to a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment, provided that paid features have not been used substantially.

Substantial usage means: completing more than 10 review sessions using PRO features, creating more than 3 collections, or using the AI tutor more than 5 times.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Send a request to: support@mnemozi.com
  2. Include the account email and reason for the refund
  3. Wait for confirmation

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Non-refundable Cases

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
  • Paid features have been used substantially (see section 2)
  • The account was suspended for violating the Terms of Service

5. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases (service outages, inability to provide paid services), a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription may be issued. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
