Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the Offer) in accordance with Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and sets forth the terms of paid services provided by Mnemozi (hereinafter — the Service).
Acceptance of this Offer is effected by payment for any subscription plan. By making a payment, the User confirms agreement with all terms of this Offer.

3. Subject of the Offer
The Service Provider undertakes to grant the User access to paid features (PRO subscription), and the User undertakes to pay for the services according to the selected plan.
PRO subscription includes: access to HSK levels 4-5, unlimited collection creation, AI tutor, advanced card types, and author mnemonics.
4. Pricing and Payment
PRO subscription pricing:
- Monthly: 499 RUB per month (via YooKassa)
- Annual: 3,999 RUB per year (via YooKassa)
- Monthly: $5.50 USD per month (via Stripe, international)
- Annual: $45.00 USD per year (via Stripe, international)
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the subscription period expires, a new payment is required to continue using paid features.
5. Subscription Duration
The subscription is active from the moment of payment confirmation for the selected period (1 month or 1 year). Upon expiry, access to paid features is suspended. User data and learning progress are retained.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with Russian consumer protection law (Article 26.1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act) and the Service's Refund Policy. Users may request a refund within 7 days of payment if paid features have not been used substantially.
Refund requests should be sent to: support@mnemozi.com. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Liability
The Service Provider undertakes to provide access to the Service according to the selected plan. The Service is provided “as is.” The Service Provider is not liable for learning outcomes.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Service Provider in accordance with Russian law.
9. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
